Introduction

Marketing and sales drive and add value to any organisation. With more and
more business being executed online, the skills to create a website and to be able to leverage its promotional and profit making capabilities are essential. The emphasis of this course is to give learners the
skills and practical knowledge to start their own web related business or to gain employment in any business engaged in online marketing or e-commerce. Graduates with previous qualifications or work
experience may use this Level 6 qualification for career enhancement.

Assessment and Certification

  • This course is assessed by assignments and exams.
  • Graduates will obtain the following qualifications:
    1. Certificate in Marketing Skills awarded by the Marketing Institute of Ireland. www.mii.ie
    2. Advanced Certificate in Administration FETAC Level 6 Award. www.fetac.ie
    3. Google AdWords Qualification (Optional) Google Advertising Professional Exam

 

Entry Requirements

  • Prior Qualifications

It is advisable that applicants have either experience at Further/Higher Education or related employment experience.

  • Other Applicants

Applicants without the entry requirements are welcome and will be assessed individually.

Applicants will have an advisory meeting to offer guidance and to ensure course suitability. Applicants will also be advised on course costs and registration details.

 

Fees


There are no tuition fees for EU students. At course commencement, students are required to pay for books, exams, a College registration fee and where applicable professional body registration fees.
