Senior College Dun Laoghaire is located on Eblana Avenue in the historic town of Dún Laoghaire, 10 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Dún Laoghaire is a ferry port, and is located in the hinterland of "Dublin's Riviera" - the stretch of coast encompassing Dalkey and Killiney.

The College is serviced by an excellent public transport infrastructure. The Dart station is just a five-minute stroll away and the 45A, 46A, 7, 8, 111 and 75 bus routes also service the town. The N11 and M50 are also easily accessed.

Dun Laoghaire has undergone a renaissance in recent years. Its cafes, bars and shops provide an excellent service to the College community.
