Indian Head Massage is a popular and relaxing treatment, and can be provided in hair salons, beauty therapy salons and spas.
The course includes practical training in massage treatments along with studies of anatomy and physiology, health and safety and business studies.
As a graduate of this course, you will:
- Hold industry approved qualifications to gain employment
- Eligible to obtain professional insurance to work in the holistic therapies industry
- Possess excellent practical skills in Indian Head Massage necessary for the workplace
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements, though you are encouraged to consult the college to ensure the course is suitable.
Attendance
Commencing 20 September 2011, students attend Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Additionally, students are required to attend on 3 Wednesday nights in October/November. Your tutor will advise on precise arrangements on commencement. Total attendance is 15 nights. The college calander can be found here
Students are required to pay examination and product fees of €100 to Senior College Dun Laoghaire. Assessment
