Night Courses at SCD

SCD offers a comprehensive programme of evening classes. Courses can be taken to achieve professional qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Design and Beauty and Holistic Therapies. Additionally, a variety of hobby (personal interest) courses are also provided.

The night courses are managed by Michael Dineen, Director of Adult Education and Paddy Condon, Assistant Director of Adult Education and assisted by Pauline Fogarty.

Senior College is a constituent college of Dun Laoghaire VEC, a statutory education body. Our mission is to provide personal and professional development training and education programmes to the local community. As a non-profit organisation we charge the minimum fee necessary to cover the costs of the programme.

Classes run from September to May each year and are generally offered between 6.30pm and 9.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
